Fadel Educational Foundation Awards $3500 per year

The Fadel Educational Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit educational foundation supporting education for non-incarcerated Muslim U.S. citizens and permanent residents. The awards are distributed on a need/merit basis up to $3,500 a year for post-secondary education.

Gates Millennium Scholars Program Varies

The Gates Millennium Scholars (GMS) Program was established in 1999 to provide outstanding African American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian Pacific Islander American, and Hispanic American students with an opportunity to complete an undergraduate college education in any discipline area of interest. Continuing Gates Millennium Scholars may request funding for a graduate degree program in one of the following discipline areas: computer science, education, engineering, library science, mathematics, public health or science.

KASF (Korean American Scholarship Foundation) Scholarships $500-5000

KASF scholarships (which range from $500 to $5,000) are offered to the qualified Korea American students (including foreign students from Korea). All applicants must be enrolled in a full time program in the U.S during the scholarship application year. To apply for KASF scholarships, it is very important to follow the specific requirements and instructions of the region where the applicant's school is/will be located during the scholarship application year as the type and amount of available scholarships may differ from region to region. Important Note: You can only apply to the region where your school is located.

Catching the Dream $500-5000

Catching the Dream scholarships range from $500 to $5,000 per academic year. Scholarships are awarded on merit and on the basis of the students we feel will most likely improve the lives of Native American people. CTD provides supplementary scholarship funding for those who have received college funding from other sources. Competition is very intense, with only 55% of applicants receiving scholarships.

A.T. Anderson Memorial Scholarship Program $1000-2000

The A.T. Anderson Memorial Scholarship was established in 1983 by the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) in memory of A.T. Anderson (Mohawk), a chemical engineer and one of the founders of AISES. This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate and graduate students who are AISES members of American Indian or Alaskan Native ethnicity, and are pursuing a degree in engineering, medicine, natural resources, math, and other sciences.

Japanese American Citizens League Varies

JACL currently offers over 30 awards, with an annual total of over $70,000 in scholarships to qualified students nationwide.

The National Scholarship and Awards Program offer scholarships to students at the entering freshman, undergraduate, graduate, law, financial need and creative & performing arts.  All scholarships are one-time awards. Every applicant must be an active National JACL member.

Indian Health Service Scholarship Program Provides financial aid covering tuition, required fees, educational and living expenses for all scholarship recipients

The IHS Scholarship Program provides qualified American Indian and Alaska Native health professions students an opportunity to establish an educational foundation for each stage of your pre-professional careers. IHS offers three scholarships for American Indian and Alaska Native students in order to educate and train health professionals to staff Indian health programs. Recipients must give a minimum two-year service commitment within an Indian health program in your chosen health professional discipline.
